Returns & Refunds

At Cavalli Designer Fashions we are here for you & believe in delivering to you the very best products at the highest quality. If any product is not fit for use or of acceptable quality (through no fault of your own), we will exchange or refund it for merchandise credit. You have 14 days to return your purchase & pay the return shipping costs if the product is not faulty.

Click & Collect

If you just can't wait for that special new purchase to arrive in the mail, you can request an in-store pick-up for your order. Our store is located inside South Melbourne Market in shop 123 - 124.  You are more than welcome to collect your items during store hours, plus we always love to meet our customers & find out if there is something in particular you are looking for.
